Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2179923 Primary Facility 2013-06-11 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Spudder rig on location
2181859 Primary Facility 2013-06-24 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The PPC plans on location are from 2010 and 2011. I aksed Mr. Villareal if a more recent copy of a PPC plan exists. When I performed an inspection of the Chief Oil and Gas Bishop Well Pad in Auburn Township, Susquehanna County on 3-25-13, I viewed the site PPC plan which was dated September 2012. Mr. Villareal informed me that he would inquire as to whether or not Chief has developed a more recent plan than May of 2011 for this location. I requested that a copy be forwarded to me if this is the case. Mr. Villareal and I viewed and discussed the on-site procedures for drill cuttings processing. The process involves seperation of solid and liquid material in drill cuttings via the use of shakers and centrifuges. The process aids in drying the cuttings, eliminates the use of lime as a drying agent for the cuttings and allows the liquid material as part of the seperation process, which is essentailly drilling fluid, to be recovered and reused for drilling purposes.
