The access road was clear of snow and was just slightly wet, without ruts or runoff problems. The fill slope was visible from the access road and was well vegetated and appeared stable. No rills or ruts were visible.

The pad surface was partially plowed and was solid.

The cut slope was well vegetated and stable.

The site was stable overall and no erosional problems were apparent at the time of inspection.

The wells were all clearly labeled.
