Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2072743 Primary Facility 2012-05-21 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted
2072970 Primary Facility 2012-05-24 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted Areas downslope of FS#8, which should be left undisturbed, have been cleared. Waste has been noted along the north and northwestern areas of the topsoil stockpile.Violations associated with this inspection have been attached to the J Plonski 1 Well (Permit # 115-115-20337)
2077216 Primary Facility 2012-06-12 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted H&P 371. Drilling ahead @ 884'. Drillers log on site and up to date. Walked site - secondary containment in place and in good condition. observed minor oily sheen near diesel fuel tank. Shee is on containment - siscussed with Co. Man. He indicated he would take a look at containment in this area. Checked surface casing cement report. Good returns to surface. No violations observed at this time.
2233391 Primary Facility 2014-01-02 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted
2348444 Primary Facility 2015-02-24 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The Department was on site to perform a routine complete inspection at the Plonski J Well pad. The wells associated with this site are:
2477155 Primary Facility 2016-04-21 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At time of inspection, arrived on site at 12:35 p.m., the cellar had water at the bottom with no bubbling noticed, the (13x9) vent pipe was open and venting to a tank, the (9x5) vent pipe was open and venting to a tank, there was 661psi on the production casing. I took a walk around the location and everything looked OK.

I left the site at 1:15 p.m.

2748189 Primary Facility 2018-07-02 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted This inspection was conducted to confirm Cabot's assessment that the project meets the minimum requirements for permit termination. The Department’s determination is that the site meets the requirements for permit termination. I recommend the NOT be approved.
2852403 Primary Facility 2019-03-12 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted I performed an inspection of the Plonski pad. The weather was overcast and about 32 degrees.

The access road was clear of snow and was just slightly wet, without ruts or runoff problems. The fill slope was visible from the access road and was well vegetated and appeared stable. No rills or ruts were visible.

The pad surface was partially plowed and was solid.

The cut slope was well vegetated and stable.

The site was stable overall and no erosional problems were apparent at the time of inspection.

The wells were all clearly labeled.
