Received the report on 2-2-13 at 1640 hours. On 2-12-13 responded to the incident by conducting an investigation. At the time of the investigation it was noted that an area was covered in plastic sheeting and several sandbags were noted on site. No Cabot personnel were at the site during the investigation.
