2335229 Primary Facility 2015-01-08 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The Department conducted an inspection of the Zupp K. 1 Well Site (ESX11-115-0087). Only one well is in production and is identified as 115-20684
2438044 Primary Facility 2016-01-05 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Inspection conducted of the COG Zupp K P1 Well Pad covered under ESCGP-1 ESX11-115-0087. Inspection conducted on 1/5/16. The inspection was conducted to confirm COG’s assessment that the site meets the minimum requirements as defined in Chapter 102.22(C) for permanent stabilization which would thus fulfill the physical requirements necessary for the permits termination. The Department’s determination is that the entire site is in fact permanently stabilized and meets the criteria necessary for the permit’s termination. I recommend this notice of termination be approved.
