Some of rolloff containers are leaking fluid onto pad. Violations cited at 115-20635 only for residual waste on ground and permit number not posted cited at both wells.

Mr. Webster explained that there were (2) GPUs connected to the 1H well. One of the GPUs was malfunctioning, so the well tender locked it out. It was determined that the well tender forgot to lock out the dump line, so fluid was still flowing through the dump lines which are connected prior to dumping to the production tanks. The production fluid began to back flow to the locked out GPU releasing the production fluid to the surface of the ground on the well pad.
