2000335 Primary Facility 2011-08-16 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted H&P 290 Company Man Richard Durant. Just set 5 1/2" and cemented. TOC approximately 3000'. Casing set at 11, 734'.Will be spudding Zick 7H later today. Checked cellars of 1H, 2H, 3H, 4H. No bubbling observed in any of these cellars. Secondary containment in good condition.
2000369 Primary Facility 2011-08-22 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted H&P 290. Finished cementing 13 3/8" last night. Set casing at 616'. Drilling on fluid. No bubbling reported. no pressure reported on vent lines. Have 9 5/8" x 5 1/2" and 13 3/8" x 9 5/8" vent lines connected to all existing wells. Floats held on cement job for 13 3/8". 60 bbls returned to surface.
2000380 Primary Facility 2011-08-29 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Resumed drilling @ 12:50. Drilling out casing. Will run F.I.T. for approx. 5 - 15 mins at 200 lbs. Will drill to 1648' and set 9 5/8" casing. Will drill out intermediate with air to KOP.
2547808 Primary Facility 2016-12-21 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The Department conducted an inspection of the COG Zick J Well Site on 12/21/16 to determine if the site is stable as has been indicated in the submitted Well Site Restoration Report. Overall, the site is stable with no violations noted. The site was partially snow covered with temporary BMPs still in place. All 5 wells associated with this site have been drilled and appear to be in production.
2584406 Primary Facility 2017-04-19 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Inspection conducted on 3/8/17. The site is stable. All well cellars full of water with no bubbling evident. There was about 4" of water in the production tank containment. Conductivity was measured at 12 microsiemens.
2694553 Primary Facility 2018-02-13 Administrative/File Review No Violations Noted The Post-Drilling Well Site Restoration Report required as per 78a.65 was accepted. If you have any questions, please contact me.
