Upon our arrival, we spoke with Brian Kudrick (EHS Consultant - Cabot) who directed us to the location of the release and accompanied us until his colleagues arrived. Roughly 10 minutes after beginning our inspection Steve Watson, Brody Webster, and Steve Catalfamo (all of whom were representing Cabot) arrived on site. During our discussion with Cabot, they informed us that the liner used for drilling and well stimulation operations is 40 mil thickness layered in a felt-liner-felt arrangement as seen in photo #4. They informed us that Cabot's SOP is to inspect the liner between drilling and fracing and make any repairs as needed. They then remove any contaminants and lay it back down if it is deemed suitable for reuse.
