The wells associated with this are the 115-20447, 115-20463, 115-20464, 115-20473, 115-20474, 115-20477 (plugged), 115-20493 (plugged). The wells were properly labeled.
The access road was solid and stable as was the pad surface. There was no puddling onsite. There did not appear to be any issues of concern with the site stability. The cut slope as well as the fill slope was stable and well vegetated. They were gently sloped and there did not appear to be any erosional issues. There were no violations. |
