2448544 Primary Facility 2016-02-10 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At time of inspection, arrived on site at 12:35 p.m., the cellar was full of water and ice with no bubbling noticed, the (13x9) vent pipe was open and venting to a tank, the (9x5) vent pipe was open and venting to a tank, there was 694psi on the production casing. I took a walk around the location and everything looked OK.

I left the site at 13:00 p.m.

2714120 Primary Facility 2018-04-04 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted I performed a RTNC inspection of the K. Stockholm well site. The access road and pad surface were stable and solid despite overnight rain. The cut slope was rocky yet vegetated in all areas that could support ground cover. The fill slope was very well vegetated, exceeding the 70% perennial vegetative standard. The wells were properly labeled. There were no temporary BMPs remaining on site. There were no erosional issues observed.

The wells associated with this site are as follows: 115-20362 115-20363 There were no violations

2728184 Primary Facility 2018-05-08 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted I performed a RTNC inspection of the Stockholm well site. The wells associated with this site are as follows: 115-20362, 115-20363.

These wells were properly labeled.

The cut slope was vegetated in the places there was no stone. It was stable. The fill slope was stable and very well vegetated. There were no erosional issues noted.

The pad surface and access road were stable and solid.

There were no violations observed.
