A total of (2) wells have been drilled on this pad, the Carson 1H and 3H wells. Both wells were in production at time of inspection. Both wells Prod. casing, Static and Differential pressures were being monitored by wireless sending units sending data to onsite Total Flow Control Unit "TFCU". TFCU LED readouts were located beside each wells Gas Production Units "GPU"s. Both wells (9 5/8"x 5 1/2") annuli vents were open and venting, plumbed to a common, shared poly vent tank. Gas check performed at shared poly vent tank showed 100% CH4. Since Both these wells production casing cement tops were left down beneath their intermediate casing shoes, this venting gas is expected and not a violation. Gas check performed ~ 3' away from poly vent tank showed 0% LEL, 0% CH4. Both well cellars were full of water. Water levels were above the open conductor and surface casing tops.
