2020817 Primary Facility 2011-11-16 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2198735 Primary Facility 2013-08-15 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Arrived at the site at 13:25. JRGO Water Environmental Energy is on location in the process of equipment breakdown, in particular moving fluids pumps off the location. The Kupscznk Unit 2H well completions operations was finished between (1-1.5) weeks ago according to personnel at the location. There were some holes observed in the top layer of the secondary containment, but overall the containment appeared to be in good condition. There were no elevated conductivity readings of concern in any of the puddles of water inside and outside of containment at the site. The highest condcutivity reading I recorded was (800) microSiemens/cm. There was quite a bit of standing inside the production equipment containment from the recent rain event. The PPC plan in the mailbox is dated January 2010. There are (2) Emergency Response Plans in the mailbox; (1) is dated April 2011 and the other is dated August 2011. I departed from the site at 14:00.
