2809111 Primary Facility 2018-11-29 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted I performed a RTNC inspection on the A. Warner Pad. The pad was compact and not very elevated.
The weather at the time of inspection was overcast, following an overnight light snow. It was about 36 degrees.
The area surrounding the pad was apparently hayfield and there were no erosional issues noted. The access road was solid and stable, as was the pad surface.
There was a mini excavator performing some work on the pad and a water hauler truck pulled in and parked.
The gentle cut and fill slopes were all snow covered but had no evidence of erosional problems at the time of inspection. The grasses covering them were visible through the snow.
    The site was snowplowed recently.
There were no violations noted during the inspection.
