2713345 Primary Facility 2018-03-20 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Arrived onsite at 14:30. Weather overcast, ~ 38 degs. (5) wells were present on pad, the Phelps 2H, 1H, 1V, 3H and 4H. The 2H well was shut in and the other (4) wells were producing at time of insp. There was also a US Compressor unit onsite. The 1V, 1H & 2H wells were connected to compressor unit at time of insp. Visual insp. of production tanks showed moderate to heavy corrosion and rust staining at 3 out of 6 prod. tanks. (See pics on page 2). Updating and/or maintenance of prod. tanks is needed.

- Inspection of wells showed all (5) wells had the prod. tree top press. "PTTP", prod. casing press. "PCP" and prod. line press. "PLP" being monitored by wireless data sending units and/or analog gauges. - The 2H, 1H & 1V wells had (1) annular vent present labeled (9 5/8"x 5 1/2") venting to a shared poly vent tank. - The 3H & 4H wells had (2) annular vents present labeled (13 3/8"x 9 5/8") and (9 5/8"x 5 1/2") venting to a shared poly vent tank. A gas check performed at this vent tank lid opening showed 100% C
