Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2761037 Primary Facility 2018-08-07 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted The Department spoke with Rig Managers Steve and Trey. The 513 Rig is drilling the 2H at this time. The Rig could be done drilling in 17 days.
2854505 Primary Facility 2019-03-14 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Arrived onsite for a routine inspection at 09:52; the weather was ~45°F and sunny.

There were 3 properly tagged Marcellus wells stage for production. The wells were plumbed to 2 poly vent tanks that were not on secondary containment. The well cellars were filled with water. No bubbling was observed, however, there was a slight sheen on part of the puddle around the wells (Photo #9). There were 3 GPUs and produced water tanks, 1 residual waste container, and 8 baker tanks onsite.

There were rutted areas around the pad and site sign (Photo #1). Overall, the pad was very muddy but no major E&S issues were noted. Areas that were not immediately off the pad surface showed sufficient vegetative cover. There were 3 infiltration basin constructed. The basin contained ice and cattails.

It is recommended that the basins be monitored to determine if they are functioning as designed or if remedial work is needed. It is also recommended that storage units, such as the residual waste container, be placed on secondary
