There were also 2 cellars. There were no issues with E&S controls at the time of my inspection.

There was 1 regulatory inactive well onsite and a total of 3 well cellars. All 3 cellars contained water; no bubbling was observed. There was no other production equipment onsite.

According to Department records the ESCGP for this site expired on 11/18/17 and an NOT has not yet been submitted. However, there was a 2-year restoration extension acknowledge on 2/12/18. Plans onsite indicate that the pad may be reduced in size during the production phase. If any earth moving activity is planned a new ESCGP should be obtained.

It is recommended that the well onsite be properly tagged.
