2367899 Primary Facility 2015-04-29 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Arrived at 15:10. I well in production cellar dry and full of gravel so it was not possible to look for bubbling. There were two annular vents. One with a 1”-diameter pipe, the other a 2” pipe. Both vents appeared to be shut-in to a 0-2000 psi water filled gauge. Both gauges read 0. There appeared to be a third annular vent shut in to a 0-5000 psi gauge. This also read 0.
2477383 Primary Facility 2016-04-22 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Routine inspection conducted to assess general site conditions. No EXCO representatives were present during the inspection.

Vegetative cover on the site is largely grater than 70% perennial vegetation, though a few areas with less coverage were observed in the vicinity of the well pad. Most temporary erosion and sediment control BMPs have been removed, though some are present along the access road and the perimeter of the well pad. No evidence of accellerated erosion or sedimentation was observed.

A large bundle of containment and two barrels are being stored on the well pad. The barrels were not in containment, and the content of the barrels is not known. These barrels should be removed or placed within containment. Title 58 Pa. C.S. § 3216 (2012 Oil and Gas Act) requires that non-production related equipment and materials be removed from a well site within 90 days of completion of drilling, unless express written approval of the landowner is given to store such items. If no landowner consent has been g

2550452 Primary Facility 2017-01-05 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Arrived at 12:00. Weather: cloudy, cold. There was one producing well on location. A well-tender was onsite at the time of my inspection. Cellar dry and full of gravel. Annular vents were open. No combustible gas was detected (monitored with Altair 5X gas meter calibrated on 01/05/17). Left location at 12:45.
2565516 Primary Facility 2017-02-28 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted No violations cited at time of inspection, though violations may be cited if EXCO does not remove non-production related materials stored on site or provide documentation of landowner consent for the storage of those materials.
2619551 Primary Facility 2017-07-27 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted One well in production status. One each sand and water separator. No leaks from production equipment. Site stable. No violations noted.
2697091 Primary Facility 2018-02-22 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted One well staged for production phase. One each sand and water separator. No leaks detected from production equipment. No violations noted.
2813467 Primary Facility 2018-12-10 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Arrived onsite for a routine inspection at 11:43; the weather was ~30°F and calm.

There was 1 properly tagged Marcellus well staged for production. The well cellar was filled with gravel. There was 1 GPU and 1 produced water tank onsite.

Overall, the site was well vegetated and appeared stable. However, an area of filter sock on the northwest corner of the pad showed signs of erosion. This section of filter sock also appeared to have been overtopped by sediment at some point, see photos. There was also a mower deck left near the north edge of the pad.

It is recommended that temporary E&S controls be inspected more thoroughly and maintained more regularly to prevent issues like those noted in the attached photos.

No violations noted.

2845541 Primary Facility 2019-02-27 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted One well staged for production. One separator. No leaks. Site snow covered and stable.
