There was 1 inactive well onsite that appeared to be missing a tag. There was what appeared to be a well tag on a post by the access road (Photo #5). There were a total of 6 well cellars onsite and filled with water; no bubbling was observed. There was no other production equipment onsite. Overall, the site appeared stable and no immediate E&S issues were present. There were some areas around the pad that appeared to have been seeded and covered with straw (Photo #4). Some of these areas may need to be reseeded again as weather permits. There was also a trail forming just outside the fence surrounding the pad surface and crossing the access road (Photos #1, 6). This trail was close to the limit of disturbance and may lie just beyond. It showed fairly heavy use and the potential for erosional issues to develop. It is recommended that this area be reseeded as weather permits. It may be advisable to document any reseeding attempts |
