The site was mostly snow covered at the time of this inspection. When the snow melts, it is recommended that the operator verify that this site meets the requires of permanent stabilization, as per 25 PA Code § 102.22(a) and submit a Well Restoration Report as required under 25 PA Code § 78.65 (3). No violation were cited during this inspection.
2199155 Primary Facility 2013-08-27 Site Restoration No Violations Noted An inspection was conducted at the Clara Field 31 gas well site in Pleasant Valley Township, Potter County on August 27, 2013 in response to a Restoration Report received by the Department. The site meets the requirements of permanent stabilization, as per 25 PA Code § 102.22(a). The Restoration Report has been approved. No violations were cited during this inspection.

The wellhead assembly all fittings and flow lines were tested with a gas meter. Results of this testing were no gas detected on the wellhead assembly or the well area.
2820725 Primary Facility 2018-12-31 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted This well is an approximate 10" casing out of the ground with an approximate 7" casing inside of the approximate 10" casing and is threaded on one end that is threaded to an approximate 5" x 2" x 2" tee ( t) style fitting. Fitting is a hammer style fitting that has on one side of the tee an approximate 2" valve that is shut. On the other side of the tee is an approximate 2" valve that is open and is connected to an approximate 2" production/ flow line that leaves the well then into a small tank (possibly a filter) then into a separator then to a drip then into a meter box. After leaving he meter box the production/ flow line goes into the ground. No violations noted at this inspection.
