2203345 Primary Facility 2013-09-11 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted An inspection of the Reed Run 1942 well site in Keating Township, Potter County was conducted on Sept 11, 2013. A minimum uniform 70% perennial vegetative cover, with a density capable of resisting accelerated erosion and sedimentation was observed at the site. No puddles screened exhibited elevated conductivity. There was no site ID sign and no well tag appeared to be installed and no E&S plan or mailbox at the site. These issues need to be addressed as soon as possible.
2423918 Primary Facility 2015-10-27 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2609249 Primary Facility 2017-06-12 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2685921 Primary Facility 2018-01-23 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of this inspection this well was in production. The wellhead assembly all fittings and flow lines were tested for gas. The results of this testing was no gas was detected on the wellhead assembly or the well area.
2844191 Primary Facility 2019-02-25 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of this inspection this well was in Regulatory Inactive Status. This well was shut in and not producing at this inspection. A gauge on the flow line indicated 0 psi (pounds per square inch) pressure n the well. This well is scheduled to be plugged at a later date. No violations noted at this inspection.
2850207 Primary Facility 2019-03-06 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted A routine (plugging) inspection of this vertical well was conducted March 6, 2019. Howard Drilling are on location with a workover rig for final plug and abandonment. Bridge plugs and cementing were scheduled for today but operations have been delayed somewhat after discovering unexpected pressure on production casing. At the time of inspection, the crew were in the process of bleeding down casing to a tank. I met with the site supervisor and discussed the well construction and tentative plugging procedure. After blowing down the well they will proceed to pull rods and tubing and begin plugging. The well was completed in the Burkett in addition to the Marcellus; bridge plugs along with cement will be set to isolate these zones from each other. No obvious major issues were observed at this time.
2854222 Primary Facility 2019-03-14 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted A routine (plugging) inspection of this vertical well was conducted March 14, 2019. Howard Drilling are on location with a workover rig for final plug and abandonment. Wireline is spotted on location to separate production casing for retrieval. I met with the the site supervisor and wireline operator to discuss downhole operations on the pad. Both bridge plugs were successfully set above completed Marcellus and Burkett formations, respectively. Both bridge plugs are capped with cement. The well is dead at this time. The rig crew and welder are in the process of removing B-section and weld pup jt for rig to pull casing upon separation. Estimated freepoint is above TOC at approximately 4586' based on original CBL. No obvious issues were observed during this inspection.
2856452 Primary Facility 2019-03-19 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted A routine (plugging) inspection of this vertical well was conducted March 19, 2019. Howard Drilling workover rig is on location for final plug and abandonment. The operator is WOC after pumping cement plugs and intends to pump remaining (2) cement plugs this evening (1580'-1140', 647'-497') inside of intermediate casing. Production casing has been successfully recovered from 4480' and two plugs were pumped; one across the casing stub and one across the casing shoe. At the time of inspection, I met with the site supervisor to discuss operations on the pad. The well was open; no discharge or venting was observed. No obvious issues were observed at this time.
