2132999 Primary Facility 2013-01-23 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted On January 23, 2013 an inspection was conducted of the Hoopes 28 well site in Ulysses Township, Potter County. No well tag was permenantly affixed to the well, this should be addressed as soon as possible. No other issues were evident at the time of this inspection and no violations were cited.
2511544 Primary Facility 2016-08-11 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) inspected the Susquehanna Energies Inc. Hoopes #28 well, API#105-21288, in Ulysses Twp., Potter Co. on 8/11/2016. The weather was 80° sun/passing clouds, humidity: 78%, and winds 4 mph WSW. The site was located in a farm field and appeared to be well vegetated. A polytank was observed adjacent to the well. A sign was affixed to the production equipment identifying the well; however a visible well tag was not observed on the well head. As per Section 3211(h) 58 Pa. C.S. §3201-3274 (relating to the Development) (“2012 Oil and Gas Act”) Labeling.--The well operator shall install the permit number issued by the department in a legible, visible and permanent manner on the well upon completion. No violations are noted at this time. Please contact me with any questions.
2590694 Primary Facility 2017-05-02 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2686197 Primary Facility 2018-01-24 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of this inspection this well was in production. The wellhead assembly all fittings and flow lines were tested for gas. Results of this testing was that no gas was detected on the wellhead assembly or the well area.
2816219 Primary Facility 2018-12-17 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of this inspection this well was in production. The wellhead assembly is a approximate 10" casing out of the ground threaded to an approximate 7"x2"x2" tee/ hammer style fitting. Out of one side of the tee style fitting is an approximate 2" valve that is shut and has a plug in the end of the valve. On the other side of the tee style fitting is an approximate 2" valve that is open and connected to an approximate 2" production line. The approximately 2" production line then flows to a separator type production equipment tank then into a meter and then into the ground. No violations noted at the time of this Inspection.
