The A Long #1 well was drilled by Allegany Enterprises in January 2007. The well was tagged. The site is restored and permanently stabilized as per 25 Pa Code Section 102.22(a). The Well Site Restoration Report (WSRR) was received on 5/4/17; it was reviewed and acknowledged on 9/13/17. No violations were cited during the inspection. I departed the location at 1400 hrs. TLT |

The wellhead assembly is a casing out of the ground approximately 8" in diameter with a smaller diameter casing approximately 7" inside of it. The smaller diameter casing has a tee (t) style fitting approximately 5" x 2" x 2" threaded on to it. One side of the tee style fitting is an approximately 2" diameter valve that is shut. On the other side of the tee style fitting is an approximately 2" diameter valve that is open and connects to what appears to be a production/flow line. The line goes away from the wellhead assembly and into the ground. The top of the tee style wellhead fitting is a hammer (how it is attached) style fitting with approximately 2" x 2" x 2" diameter fitting that connects the wellhead assembly to the pump jack. No violations noted at this inspection. |
