Wellhead assembly is a approximate 10" casing out of the ground with a threaded approximate 7 " casing inside of casing out of the ground with a hammer style fitting attached to the threaded end of casing that is approximately 7 "x2"x2".This fitting has a approximate 2" valve on one side that is shut and approximately a 2" production flow line on the other side with a 2" valve that is open going into a filter a meter and a drip tank system then in a separator tank then into a production flow line and into the ground. No violations noted at this inspection.
