2519115 Primary Facility 2016-09-14 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On September 14, 2016 I conducted an inspection of (4) abandoned wells near Red Ridge road on state lands about 9 miles North of Crossfork (PA 144). The wells are on a trail North off Red Ridge road, and our records indicate there were 5 abandoned wells on the trail. I was able to find (4) of the wells today. The first well I found I believe to be the PA Tract 365 11 (105-21025). The well had 8 5/8” surface casing with 7” production casing, 4 way tubing head with tubing and side outlets shut-in and bull plugged. The annulus was open and a field reading with an Altair 5x gas meter yielded no gas. The next well I found was believed to be the #364 1 (105-20998). The well had similar casing design and wellhead construction. Tubing and production casing was shut-in and bull plugged. The annulus was covered with ground, no gas in ambient above the annulus or around the well. Both of these wells were enclosed in a metal fence. The next well I found believed to be #364 2 (105-21012).The #364 2 had the same casing de
