Three other well cellars are covered by steel plates. Two double gas processing units/driers. Methanol drip tied to each wellhead. Wells are also plumbed to a spreader bar mounted on top of a 3,000 gal open-top rectangle tank (Photo #1). Bermed liner serving as secondary containment for tank. Signage, including well and operator info, and standard reflective sign with 911 address posted at gated entrance.

Originally noted on 3/13/18 inspection (ID# 2704544). Operator has installed a fitted canvas cover correcting the violation (Photo 1.). No violations.
