2758919 Primary Facility 2018-08-01 Routine/Partial Inspection Violation(s) Noted Webber 1 085-22054 produces house gas only. It is connected to the separator for Webber 1 which is connected to the separator for the Webber 2 with a copper line (picture attached). The gas from the Webber 1 goes to the Webber 2 well which has a domestic gas meter connected that goes to the house (picture attached). Home owner/ operator of Webber 1 explained this on a previous inspection.

Tubing is shut. Gas is going from the Webber 1 using the production line to the domestic gas meter on Webber 2. Webber 2 is heavily corroded.

2827301 Primary Facility 2019-01-15 Follow-up Inspection Outstanding Violations - Viols Req'd Follow up inspection for violations 3220(A) abandoned and 3211(H) well label issued on 8/1/18. Inspection shows the well head disconnected from the flow line pictured in photo 1. The flow line at the well head is connected to the domestic house gas pictured in photos 2 and 3. Gas is being taken from the Weber 1 (085-22053) through the flow line and is jumped through a 1/4 inch copper line to the Weber 2 (085-22054) flow line at the GPU pictured in photo 4. Both Weber 1 & Weber 2 production units and steel 100bbl tanks sit inside the same diked containment area pictured in photo 5. Photo 6 shows an inoperable production unit with the motor valve and meter removed. Records show operator filed well temporarily not producing and well to be plugged for the required production report for 2017. Well remains in violation of 3220(A) & 3211(H).
