2702527 | Primary Facility | 2018-03-08 | Administrative/File Review | No Violations Noted
2708640 | Primary Facility | 2018-03-22 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | The operator has recently undertaken stoning of this section of lease roads in order to repair damage caused during drilling/stimulation and winter thawing. Roads were rutted and soft, causing damage to accumulate even during times when only light vehicular traffic was present. A 3/20 meeting with the US Forest Service allowed all parties to plan out ways to fix these roads and plan for future development.
The operator has built up the road using pit run material and allowed for better drainage of water from the road surface by shaping and sloping the roads. This has eliminated the ruts and aided in alleviating soft and muddy spots in the roads. Further maintenance, including stone filters or small sediment traps may be required in ditch lines to establish them once conditions begin to improve this spring. |

2728616 | Primary Facility | 2018-05-09 | Follow-up Inspection | Outstanding Violations - Viols Req'd | The Operator was continuing to excavate and remove impacted soil at the time of this inspection. Visually it appears as though the majority of the oil has been removed. The operator plans to continue digging while using a PID to scan for areas of impact. They plan to get confirmatory samples on 5/10. |
2731008 | Primary Facility | 2018-05-17 | Administrative/File Review | No Violations Noted
2752865 | Primary Facility | 2018-07-13 | Compliance Evaluation | No Violations Noted | This is a Compliance Evaluation Inspection to an earlier inspection which revealed a leaking pit.
The operator has removed all impacted soil from the site and emptied any water that accumulated in the pit. The operator has taken samples and all analytical data has come back clean. The operator has closed the pit and seeded and mulched the disturbed area. This closes the previously noted violations. |
