2654483 Primary Facility 2017-10-31 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted This is a recently completed well with a gas powered pumpjack attached. This well was in operation at the time of inspection. There is an open, 20 mil lined pit on site containing water and fluids from the frac. No spills or leaks are noted on site. The access road is in good condition with only a couple of places that the Operator will be touching up as conditions allow.
