The operator has pulled some equipment off site recently. Vegetation is good around the site. The site ID sign and E/S log are at the entrance to the site.
2774869 Primary Facility 2018-09-13 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted This is a Marcellus shale well pad with no drilled wells. The cellars are in place foe several wells, however. This site was constructed in 2015 and is well vegetated all around. The pad itself is level and stable with no evidence of erosion. There is a pile of stone on site for spot maintenance as necessary. No other issues are noted on site. The access road is in good condition other than a small scour spot right at the entrance to the site. BMPs are in place and appear to be functioning well. The site ID sign has well site and individual well information and is located at the entrance to the access road. The inspection log is in the mailbox.
