Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2729963 Primary Facility 2018-05-15 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted This is a plugged well that was reported as leaking. The well is bubbling around the cement plug and nothing appears to be venting from the vent. I put a plastic bag around the well and sealed it with tape to get a gas reading on the well, after 30 minutes I got 29% methane. Pennhills resources has claimed responsibility for the well but at the time the wells were to be transferred the policy,I was told, was not to transfer plugged wells. Pennhills has 30 days (5/27/2018) to get a plan together to stop the leak.
