The 9-5/8” x 5-1/2” vents were shut-in. Within the cellar, this annulus was also plumbed into a 2” flexible hose which appeared to link each of the vents to a 2100-gallon poly tank. Left @ 15:10. There were no violations at this time.

There were no Seneca resources representatives on location at time of inspection. Well was plugged with the candycane style vent. A tag was attached with the proper API number. 0% combustible gas was detected on the vent or in the area surrounding the well at time of inspection. No violations were noted at time of inspection.
