At the time of the inspection, 9 wells were in production. The PCSM has been implemented but is not functioning as designed. The fresh water impoundment has been removed and the area reclaimed. I recommend reviewing the implementation of the PCSM. No violations noted.

A well site restoration period extension request was submitted on 10/26/2018. The request will be returned due to PCSM issues.
