2492958 Primary Facility 2016-06-09 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Arrived @ 13:30. Weather sunny and warm. No company representatives were present at the time of the inspection.

There was one conductor-only well spudded on this location. The well was spudded: 7/17/12. There is an active drill deeper permit issued on 01/05/16 for this well. No violations were observed at the time of this inspection. Left location @ 14:00.

2550397 Primary Facility 2017-01-05 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Conductor-only
2657661 Primary Facility 2017-10-25 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The well site currently has only conductor which was set in July of 2012. The well remains on Active Status but drilling was never completed and it has been more that 5 years since drilling was initiated. The ESCGP expired in September of 2017. I recommend plugging the abandoned conductor onsite and restoring the site or drilling the re-permitted well with due diligence. No violations noted at this time.
2719793 Primary Facility 2018-04-13 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted A routine inspection of the Warner 3H was conduced April 13, 2018. The 3H is the only well on the pad, and it is a conductor only. At the time of inspection, the cellar was open and the conductor had a plate on top of it. Plugging was scheduled for this week. It was not conclusive if the well has been plugged yet and a follow up inspection will be conducted once the plugging certificate is received. No obvious issues were observed during this inspection.
2722618 Primary Facility 2018-04-25 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted A routine inspection of the only well on the Warner North pad; the 3H (conductor only). No significant changes were observed at the well; the cellar was open and the well has a plate on top. I spoke to a third party contractor onsite who said the well is in fact plugged at this time. The site is in the process of being reclaimed. No obvious issues were observed at the well.
