I entered the DCNR Tract 100 M pad at 09:17 and began the inspection. At the time of the inspection, the DCNR 100 3H (081-20853), 5H (081-20268), 6H (081-20854), 7H (081-20855), 8H (081-20856), 9H (081-20857), and 66H (081-20975) wells were in production.

The well site has been expanded so that the impoundment area originally permitted in the ESCGP has been reclaimed and replaced with impervious well pad area. The site has not been restored according to the PCSM (Post Construction Stormwater Management) plan in the ESCGP which does not include the expanded well pad area. Well cellars have been constructed on the expanded well pad area but each of the wells that were permitted for this expanded pad area is classified as “Operator Reported Not Drilled.” The current ESCGP expired on 1/10/2015. The restoration assessment spreadsheet indicates the Notice of Termination and Well Site Restoration Report as pending and a return trip is planned. The most recent well permits iss
