I entered the location at 13:00 and began the inspection. At the time of the inspection, the Spotts Unit 1 (081-20060) and Spotts Unit 2H (081-20069) were in production. Well numbers were not visible on the tags due to paint overspray. No erosion was noted but the cut slope south of the access road lacks vegetation.

The ESCGP (ESX09-081-0007) covers the currently constructed well pad and access road. The amendment calls for an additional impoundment at the current well pad and an additional pad and impoundment east of the access road which were never constructed. Records indicate the Well Site Restoration Report was approved on 7/28/2010. Satellite images from 2008 show the site had a pit west of the current pad surface and two impoundments to the north outside the LOD. The original permit does not depict any of the additional areas listed above but those areas were restored before the Well Site Restoration Report was approved as shown in satellite images from 2010.
