1841152 Primary Facility 2009-10-20 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted At time of inspection I met with the Company Man Mike Roane. The drilling contractor on site is Union Drilling with rig UDI-46. According to Mr. Taylor, depth of drilling was at 7444¿. The Operator is in the process of collecting core samples from this well.
1849768 Primary Facility 2009-12-11 Follow-up Inspection No Violations Noted : No drilling activity on site. The well is presently shut in. There was no visible evidence of bubbling in the cellar around the well head. At the time of inspection, a sub-contractor was on site reclaiming reserve pit with an excavator. I observed frozen fluid in the bottom of the pit and noted this to the contractor at that time. I indicated to the contractor that the fluid should be addressed prior to reclaiming the pit to prevent future settling.
