Well integrity was in good condition, with no signs of any leaks or spills. Well was painted and I did not see any rust. The annulus was open and had a vent pipe with an opening cap on top. The chart was changed on 8/31. Production is being reported to the Department. The well was labeled and the Emergency Response sign was posted st the entrance to the lease. There were 2 tanks sitting on gravel and a line heater / separator unit onsite.
