Well is also producing house gas. Two patches on the well. One is on the tubing just below the valve, and the other is on the elbow on the flowline. I was notified by Nick Armstrong on September 27 at approximately 4 PM of a release at the well site due to a hole in the tubing when the well tender was flowing the well, approximately one barrel was release to the ground.
Contact me to let me know when a rig will be moved in to change out the top joint of the tubing, and when the flowline will be repaired. The release will also be forwarded to the WQS for follow up. |
