2832013 Primary Facility 2019-01-24 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, G & G was onsite cleaning out the well using cable tools. The depth when a bridge was encountered was at 1169'. Current depth was 1172'. Some stone was being brought onsite for the area around the rig.
2836760 Primary Facility 2019-02-04 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, rig was shut down. A camera had been run in this morning to find the bottom of the 4" casing. However, it was too dark to see anything. They went back to drilling and became stuck due to a cave in from above. Bit was worked free and attainable bottom was granted at 2185'. Equipment was en route to locate the bottom of the 4" casing.
2838072 Primary Facility 2019-02-06 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, Plants & Goodwin was onsite with cement truck. A plug was set from bottom to 1600' in 2 stages. Gel was then placed from here to 930'. Another cement plug was then set from 930' to 800'. This was completed around noon. Plan is to perforate and cut pipe tomorrow, then finish cementing on Friday.
2838654 Primary Facility 2019-02-11 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, G & G was moving the pipe trailer to the end of the lease road. The well has been cemented and the rig is laid down. Only pea gravel is needed, which is on location, and a marker.

Since last inspection, the cement had been tagged at 820'. The 6 1/4" was shot 10 times with 4 shots each starting from 750' to 300'. Cement was then set on 2/8 to a calculated top at 280'. This was later tagged at 145'.

2841367 Primary Facility 2019-02-14 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, a permanent marker has been placed at the well. It is an above ground post with the original permit tag and permit sign. At ground level, a button was placed with the API number, well number, and plug date on it. Surrounding area was reworked and smoothed out.
