If operator implements bmp¿s (hay bale reinforced filter fence) as outlined in ES plan and sustains minimum 50ft buffer(undisturbed areas) to stream and pond waiver shall be approved as reasonable efforts are being implemented to prevent possible pollution event to waters of the commonwealth. Additional GP¿s may be required in addition to OG-57 waiver which operator is responsible for obtaining. |
