Well drilled not yet equipped for production. Site has not yet been temporarily stabilized, pits removed site not yet regraded. Operator encapsulated pit onsite according to regulation. Reminder that upon 4 days or more of temporary cessation of activity site should be temporarily stabilized to a state capable of resisting accelerated erosion and sedimentation. Temporary bmp's installed, although noted that filter fence improperly placed in front of brush grub line-- in order to ensure proper functioning ability operator shall install FF behind brush/grub line prior to clearing. No violations noted during this inspection.
