Recommend operator add additional rock in order to prevent a possible pollution event and minimize the potential for erosion. Although access road muddy, no accelerated erosion or sedimentation issues noted. Well pad also muddy, additional rock is recommend and/or other permanent stabilization measure as well is drilled and equipped for production. Drill pits have been removed, encapsulated onsite. Site partially regraded but no seed/mulch. Bmp's installed according to ES plan with brush/grub line followed by filter fence. Toe slope of pad appears slightly eroded, but temporary bmps' appear to be functioning and no ES issued noted off site. No violations noted during this inspection.
