2013938 Primary Facility 2011-10-26 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, well staked not yet drilled. Permit and ES plan present at access road entrance. One unlined drill pit located onsite. According to plan, operator shall encapsulate drill cuttings per regulation. Bmp's installed and functioning according to ES plan. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation issues noted with site or access. Although department recommends operator add rip rap to culvert outlets. Hence, well not yet drilled, operator shall temporarily stabilize( after 4 days of cessation of activity on site) cut slope by seeding/mulch and/or another stabilization measure capable of resisting the potential for erosion. No violations noted during this inspection.
