Operator is also responsible for ensuring township roadway is kept clean (free of mud and debris). Site is currently under construction. One (lined) below grade pit located onsite-department recommended that pit be re-liner to preserve structural integrity (free of wrinkles) ensure liner has not been compromised since cessation of tophole drilling. Operator has plans to haul all cuttings and production fluids to an approved facility. Two sediment traps and diversion ditch are actively being constructed. |
