Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1960245 Primary Facility 2011-03-08 Site Restoration No Violations Noted Well re-permitted 01/22/10 (former API # 37-063-36532). At the time of this inspection, permit expired (1/22/11). It appears well was proposed but never materialized. Pits have been removed and site has been re-graded, seeded and mulched, with growth observed. Temporary bmp¿s are currently still installed. Site exhibits slightly less than 70% vegetative growth; spoke to Jeff Zarella of Atlas on 03/09/11, whom stated Hillsdale currently contracted to reseed site. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation issues noted. Hence operator has plans to reseed in next several days, a follow-up inspection will be conducted in the near future to ensure additional seed is placed and more uniform vegetative cover is achieved and sustained in order to permanently minimize possible erosion and sedimentation concerns.
