Surface water draining away from pit and site pad in a diversion ditch. Falcon set conductor pipe (13 3/8¿) 43 `. 7¿ pipe set at 1178¿ used 220 sks Class A with 16 bbl return. 8 hr set up time recorded on log. Falcon was at 3780¿. Water detected at 170¿ and 200¿. Spud called on 3/8/10. Well permit present along with well log. Stratigraphy consisted of sandstone, limestone, shale and coal. Well sign and E&S plan located at the entrance way of site. Down gradient filter fence present along site pad. Small hydraulic leak near rig. Requested Falcon to lay absorbent pads on fluid and dispose properly according to the SPCC plan.
1872022 Primary Facility 2010-03-16 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling was appeared to have been completed at the time of the inspection. Below grade pit located onsite and it had more than the required two feet of lined freeboard. Observed no accelerated erosion & sedimentation in relation to the access road or well-site.

Brine tank surrounded by dike and appeared structurally sound. Now IW or E&S issues noted in relation to site or access road.
