Down gradient filter fence utilized wood barrier with no additional filtering fence
1837628 Primary Facility 2009-10-21 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, the well site was properly signed with E&S plan available for review. The well was drilled and ready for production. Brine tank on site was in sound condition surrounded by a dike. The pit sustained a 2ft freeboard and was in stable condition. The area was surrounded by shrub line vegetative filter. The area had not been restored. Accelerated E&S issues were not observed at time of inspection in relation to the well site. It is recommended that a more permanent BMP (rip rap sediment trap) be installed at the access road culvert outlets, to replace existing hay bales.
