1842223 Primary Facility 2009-11-02 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, the oriskany well was staked, but not yet drilled. The site was properly signed with E&S plan available for review. Super silt fence along with a grub/brush filter were installed to minimize erosion and sedimentation off the well site. Access road was in stable condition. No accelerated E&S issues were noted in relation to well site or access road. Drill pits were properly dug, not yet lined. All disturbed areas, including a topsoil pile were temporarily reseeded.
1848824 Primary Facility 2009-12-08 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted According to records, well permit granted on 8/19/09 to depth of 8700 ft into Oriskany Formation. Well sign and E&S plan present at the entrance of site pad. Site pad was in the process of completion. E&S controls were implemented. Pits were dug. At the time of inspection, no E&S or IW issues.
