Hence, PC called Rick Hoover (DEP) and confirmed to skid rig 15 ft north. Well was plugged with paperwork (intent to plug and certificate submitted to DEP). Well #2A was drilled depth of 3940 ft. Conductor pipe set at 17¿; 9 5/8¿ set to 331 ft. and 7¿ set to 1351¿. Currently, extra pipe was being removed from site and wire line study was being performed. Site pad was heavily saturated causing vehicles to be moved with dozer. Abundant amount of mud was located on the township road. Slight odor of gas noted from well. Upon completion of wire line, Well Superior was going to cement final section. Pit aligned with 20mil plastic and no freeboard issues. E&S controls are in place. At the time of inspection, no IW and E&S issues at the site. Requested PC to clean mud from road upon completion of project. |
