Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1822373 Primary Facility 2009-08-20 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The operator was drilling at the time of the inspection. The well site is located in a corn field with very little slope. The access road is showing signs for the potential of erosion, however a dozer was on site working on the access road at the time of the inspection. The operator should continue to monitor the access road and well site for erosion and sedimentation. The township road should also be monitored to ensure there is no mud being transported onto it.
1824643 Primary Facility 2009-08-19 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Well in the process of being drilled by Falcon Drilling. Setting the conductor pipe at 42¿ below grade (13¿ pipe). Pit aligned with 20 mill plastic. Filter fence located on the hydraulic down gradient side. Well sign and E&S plan located at the entrance of the site. No E&S issues at the site. No IW issues at the site
1833243 Primary Facility 2009-09-30 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, the well was drilled and in production. Proper signage and E&S plan were noted on site. The brine tank was in sound condition with a surrounding dike. Drill pits were in good condition and fluids removed. No accelerated E&S issues were observed in relation to the site. It is recommended that additional rock be added to the access road, to prevent any further erosion, as ruts were developing
1925532 Primary Facility 2010-11-03 Site Restoration No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, well drilled and in production. Site adequately and uniformly restored with >70% vegetative growth. No accelerated erosion or sedimentations issues were noted. Acces road stable. Brine tank sound surrounded by dike Well tag present.
